DJ4 FOR A SPECTACULAR 18TH BIRTHDAY PARTY IN RAVENNA, AT A HISTORIC RESIDENCE (PALAZZO RASPONI)

Here is the report from the 18th birthday party in Virginia, a huge party, which took place in a large, prestigious residence in Ravenna, Palazzo Rasponi in Le Teste, built in the last decade of the 17th century and restored four years ago. At the console, of course, for this major event, we at DJ4!

To mark the occasion, representing our brand will be our trusted colleague DJ Gianluca, a highly professional DJ, an expert in private parties and a well-known figure on the club and disco scene in Emilia-Romagna and beyond.

We were contacted by the birthday girl’s father, Luca, who, having been impressed by the videos on our website, immediately realised that we at DJ4 would be the right choice the right partner to throw her daughter a dream party… and that’s exactly what happened!

VIRGINIA’S 18TH BIRTHDAY PARTY: HIP HOP, RAGGAETON AND A TOUCH OF RETRO

After a brief initial telephone conversation, DJ Gianluca, Virginia and Luca met to sort everything out properly, agreeing on a preliminary playlist, which included a good dose of current hit (At 18th birthday parties, in fact, they make up a significant proportion of the DJ set), ranging from hip-hop to reggaeton (1,2,3 by Sofia Reyes, ‘Pa la Calle’ by the Mexican Institute of Sound, ‘Puta’ by Heidy Brown and ‘Dura’ by Daddy Yankee) to dance music, featuring Ofenbach, Steve Aoki (‘Azukita’), Kungs (‘This Girl’) and the late Avicii (to whom we extend our heartfelt thanks).
There was certainly no shortage of 90s revival, featuring ‘What Is Love’ by Haddaway, ‘The Rhythm of the Night’ by Corona and ‘Blue’ by Eiffel 65.
A little gem: Virginia has asked us to pay particular attention to Jamiroquai (Virtual Insanity and Little L), confirming their excellent taste in music (usually, Jamiroquai – whom we adore – isn’t at the top of younger people’s lists).

SOUND SYSTEM AND LIGHTS TO CREATE A MAGICAL ATMOSPHERE

The party was a success, thanks to the professionalism and the friendliness of DJ Gianluca, but also thanks to the sound and lighting systems, which, as always, are of a high standard (we have also arranged for some swivel heads compact, to give the party an extra boost: it was a much-appreciated bonus!).

And finally, the usual one also makes all the difference accuracy obsessive during installation which sets us apart (even the stylish black console stand was “made in DJ4”!). Thanks to all the guests, and see you soon at the next party!
