Corporate events and company parties 2016: DJ4 and Trodat

To get 2016 off to a flying start, here’s an update on the’corporate event which featured the Italian branch of the Trodat Group, a world-leading company in the stamping, marking and laser cutting market, which comprises more than thirty international subsidiaries and employs 1,150 people worldwide. The event was organised in record time following an email from the Head of Marketing Communications (Emanuela), with whom we immediately identified the key points and the style to set up the event.
The chosen venue, in the heart of Milan, is truly fascinating: the House of Cherry Trees. Situated just off Viale Monza, yet at the same time far from the hustle and bustle of the city (it’s on the Martesana canal), it evokes that old-world Milanese atmosphere that’s now a thing of the past; we’d also like to highlight the staff’s great friendliness and professionalism (and, as you know, we’re never too critical of the places that host us…). Transformed by our service of Uplighting, the atmosphere was that of a special-occasion dinner: warm colours, punctuated by the theme blue, who provided entertainment throughout the event, from the pre-dinner drinks to the dancing.
The sound for the aperitif was characterised by bossa nova, in particular, the client was keen on a selection of pop-rock covers, before moving on to the lounge (Once again, there were plenty of famous covers on show.).
After dinner, the award ceremonies: Manager Stefano, whom we would like to thank for his friendliness and helpfulness, presented the awards to the year’s top salespeople, with some great prizes (including holidays…), all in the presence of us from DJ4, featuring dynamic and engaging musical interludes (which varied for each award ceremony), to emphasise an informal and lively atmosphere, which then led to the dances which involved all Trodat employees!
Thanks to a rather diverse audience, including a wide range of ages, the music was extremely varied. The best of the last 40 years: quality tracks from the 1970s, played between dinner and the start of the awards ceremony, including the much-loved ‘Give Me the Night’ by George Benson, to today’s hits, not forgetting the most popular Italian dance and pop music of all time… in short, we didn’t miss a thing, not even Avicii with Waiting for love.
The company party At La Casa dei Ciliegi, it was undoubtedly an excellent start to our partnership with the company Trodat As for upcoming events, we’ve already mentioned the next one, which will feature our saxophonist in collaboration with a DJ set.
