Exclusive yacht party in Cannes: DJ set by DJ4

Following the huge success of the party held in the centre of Milan (see HERE!), the perfume company Xerjoff contacted us to create our DJ set to mark the party to mark the TFWA World Exhibition & Conference (a workshop for companies in the luxury sector, with a global reach), in Cannes.

The venue? A dream come true – or rather, worthy of the “Palme d’Or”: one Yacht moored in the marina, just a stone’s throw from the building where the Cannes Film Festival is held every year.

The Yacht party It took place on both decks of the boat: we were on the upper deck. We oversaw the installation of the console and the Yamaha sound system (of excellent quality, of course, given the nature of the event), as well as the lights: blue (which was very popular) was the recurring theme.

Given the nature of the audience – made up of industry professionals keen to do business with the company (the TFWA is a business event, albeit held in a “holiday” setting) – the music selection for the early part of the event, which began just before sunset, was rather mellow: a set chillout and lounge, with a beat that builds in intensity, until it reaches a moment with sounds that 70s disco & funk high-quality tracks, before moving on to their current hits.

All done with great style… and backed up by a contribution from our saxophonist, a partner in a number of top-tier events. ‘Noblesse oblige’, as they say in France. Goods, Xerjoff.
