Autumn 2015 Songs: the latest dance hits for your parties and events

Hi everyone! Here we are again – we’re back with the hottest dance tracks of the moment, mixed especially for you by us at DJ4: 10 songs in 10 minutes.
Here we’re looking at two different playlists: music from to dance and music from aperitif. Let’s start with the first one.

Following last week’s focus on deep and soulful music, it’s time for the a dance to really let loose to. As always, we’re bringing you the greatest hits: from How Deep Is Your Love from Calvin Harris, with whom we begin the mix, to ‘Sun Is Shining’ (Axwell – Ingrosso), moving on to a few catchy tunes, such as Sigala (Easy Love That’s the title of the song – a real radio hit!), which samples the Jackson 5, right through to Tujamo & Danny’s edgy “Cream”, which we’ve already played at a few 18th birthday parties, where it went down a treat. And then, of all the tracks on this “compilation”, how could we not mention “Amour Toujours” in this 2015 electro version by Dzeko Torres? It’s a track that brings together both the younger crowd (the sounds are really powerful and right on trend) and those a bit older… who doesn’t remember ‘Amour Toujours’ in the original version by the legendary Gigi d’Agostino? APERITIF MUSIC: A TASTE OF THE MUSIC OF AUTUMN 2015

So here’s a selection that’s definitely “cool-sounding” – to use a bit of DJ slang, which does the job: these are top-quality tracks, perfect for appetisers young and upbeat, or for the opening of nights out at “cool” venues”. In short, a selection that breaks away from the typical “commercial” and radio-friendly sound (for the latest chart-topping dance tracks, check back in a few days!). We’ll start with Sam Feldt’s “Show Me Love” – the 2015 version of Robin S’s 1992 track – and finish with Superfunk’s “happy” track ‘Body 2 Body’. And how could we forget Joe T Vannelli with ‘Need Somebody’, or Nora En Pure’s ‘Saltwater’, built around a sample from Spandau’s ‘True’? But the ‘coolest’ track is, quite likely, SoulBasics feat.
