One duo that’s been causing quite a stir is the one made up of Sarah Toscano e Carl Brave with “Perfect“, a summer hit that’s climbing the charts. Also Fred De Palma with “Barrio Lambada” and Ghali With “Chill”, they’re in the running for this summer’s soundtracks.

There’s no shortage of surprises and comebacks, such as Marco Mengoni with “Sto bene al mare” (feat. Sayf & Rkomi), a track that has a relaxed, holiday-like atmosphere. The Nuclear Tactical Penguins with “Bottiglie Vuote” (feat. Max Pezzali) and Fabri Fibra with Pietro Tredici In “Che Gusto C’è”, they bring their unmistakable style to the warmer months. Also worth noting is Alessandra Amoroso e Serena Brancale with “Serenata”, an explosive blend of jazz and pizzica that is getting under the skin of many listeners.

Latin music and summer: a bond that remains as strong as ever

The link between Latin music and summer is unbreakable, and in the summer of 2025, too, the warm vibes and infectious rhythms of reggaeton and Latin music continue to set our days and evenings alight. Although this year there isn’t a single Latin track that has monopolised attention as it once did, the scene is brimming with tracks that are taking playlists and dancefloors by storm.

Among the tracks that are currently doing really well, one certainly stands out “La Plena – W Sound 05” by W Sound, Beéle and Ovy On The Drums. Fantomel x ‪@KateLinnOfficial‬ – Dame Un Grrr: here is the Latin hit of the summer, a track that has now become a genuine global phenomenon. The track is the result of a brilliant collaboration between the artist and the producer Fantomel and the talented singer Kate Linn, took no time at all to climb the global charts and take social media by storm, establishing itself as one of this year’s most viral and unstoppable hits. A real catch-all tune that’s getting the whole world dancing.

And how could we not mention Karol G and his “Latina Forever“? A celebration of female empowerment and pride in one’s heritage, which is literally taking Summer 2025 by storm. Released on 20 June 2025 as part of her new album “Tropicoqueta”, this single by KAROL G It quickly shot up the charts and set social media alight.

Overall, Latin music this summer of 2025 offers a varied selection, ranging from pure reggaeton to fusions with pop and electronic music.
