Throughout the Halloween evening, our DJ set will be very varied and will span a range of musical genres, depending on the audience and the arrangements made with those who contact us. There are certainly some tracks that have “left their mark” more than others, and which we often find ourselves playing on the scariest night of the year. This Halloween 2021 is no exception. Here are a few of them!

JOHN CARPENTER – HALLOWEEN
The title track from the 1978 horror-thriller film, directed by John Carpenter, is perfect for kicking off the party! Just the right amount of spine-chilling! Just think: the film, a true cult classic shot in just 20 days, went on to gross over 70 million dollars at the box office.

MICHAEL JACKSON – THRILLER
A track from the 1983 album of the same name, the best-selling album in the history of music, with over 100 million copies sold.
The howls at the start of the song send shivers down your spine… and the opening lyrics make it clear… this is no joke

THE WITCHES’ DANCE – GABRY PONTE
‘La danza delle streghe’ is one of Gabry Ponte’s strongest singles: it dates back to 2003 (it was released just around Halloween) and remains one of the most danced-to tracks at the ‘Notte magica’ to this day. An interesting fact: the theme is taken from Giuseppe Verdi’s *Requiem Mass*.

BACKSTREET BOYS – EVERYBODY (BACKSTREET’S BACK)
The long video, which has racked up over 300 million views on YouTube, is one of the biggest hits ever for the American boy band. The setting is perfectly “spooky”, in a castle worthy of the best horror films. And amidst the monsters and mummies, the choreographed dance routine is an absolute must-see. Well worth learning, if you haven’t already, to make a great impression at your Halloween party!

RIHANNA – DISTURBIA
One of the most famous songs by the singer from Barbados. It’s been quite a few years now (even though it doesn’t feel like it: the track, from 2008, still “sounds” contemporary) and, thanks to the video – in which cobwebs, tarantulas and eerie, dark basement settings are the central theme – it continues to be a hit… “spooky”!!!
